KOMAN Holdings, LLC, wholly-own by Natives of Kodiak, Inc. (NOK), has subsidiary companies that provide construction, environmental, and professional services to government agencies throughout the United States. The Sector Controller is responsible for managing Sector financial activities and transactions by working closely with the KOMAN Holdings Controller, Operations, and the Sector Accounting teams to ensure consistent accounting practices are utilized, financial reporting is timely and accurate and assist with special projects related to Service and Construction subsidiaries. The Sector Controller prepares financial and management reports, exchanges information with stakeholders, analyzes growth opportunities, coordinates external audits and acts as a Business Partner to Sector Leadership. This role will be primary focused on supporting accounting and reporting for KOMAN Holding’s environmental and professional service businesses.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The employee in this position will be required to travel, from time-to-time, at the company’s expense, to locations, for periods ranging from 1 day to two weeks. Travel arrangements will meet the US government standards for its own employees.
