The KOMAN Family of companies has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Professional Services Consultant (Implementation and Migration). This position will be remote.

The Professional Services Consultant (Implementation and Migration) will be accountable for architecture and domain review, user provisioning, authentication, setup of data and permission migration, monitoring migration jobs, report generation, integration with supported third party software, desktop and mobile app deployment, customer cutover events, first level trouble-shooting of issues and providing industry best practices while driving new revenue through identifying new opportunities and user adoption.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Execute data migration project implementation to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of solutions.
• Be a customer champion and act as a liaison between customers and our teams to provide innovative solutions and improve the adoption of solutions among customers.
• Evaluate the implementation methodology and enhance it continuously.
• Identifies and manages project risks.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
• Communicate professionally and succinctly and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while taking ownership of project deliverable tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT Field
• Prior experience supporting Enterprise software or supporting Enterprise applications in technical capacity for a SaaS environment.
• 7+ years of relevant Customer Facing Implementation experience.
• Strong experience migrating Data and Permissions.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and adapt to process in a quick changing environment.
• Fluency of spoken and written command of English. Any other language is a plus.
• The ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy is critical.
• Must have Strong technical skills that cover four or more of the following areas:
  • User provisioning and authentication
  • Data and Permission migration tools
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting skills
  • Virtualization experience (VMWare, Hyper-V)
  • Windows/Linux Server operating systems
  • Execute and monitor scripts (python, SQL, PowerShell)
