KOMAN Construction, LLC. is looking for a seasoned Field Lead to join our construction/O&M team in Harlingen, TX. The Field Lead will supervise and direct the work of laborers and operators on the construction site to ensure a safety, timely, and high quality product.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor, direct, and coach job site personnel.
• Operate equipment and do manual laborer when necessary
• Inspecting heavy equipment and addressing vehicle/equipment maintenance
• Proactive problem solving with resources and scheduled milestones.
• Ensuring manpower and resources are appropriate to successfully execute plans.
• Direct personnel and adjust priorities
• Implement project schedules and employee work plans.
• Delegate when appropriate to focus on higher priority needs.
• Ensure and emphasize compliance with all safety precautions, policies and plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years of relevant construction lead or equivalent experience.
• Extensive OSHA guidelines knowledge/experience.
• Solid experience in construction, outstanding leadership personality and ability to make decisions in complex situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
