IMAQ Resources, LLC provides federal government agencies with uniformed security and facilities support services. We have an immediate need for an On-site Maintenance Supervisor/O&M Foreman in Cincinnati, OH.

The Foreman will successfully execute the following tasks:

• Monitor budgetary expenditures ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Proactive problem solving with resources and scheduled milestones.
• Ensuring manpower and resources are appropriate to successfully execute plans.
• Direct personnel and adjust priorities
• Implement project schedules and employee work plans.
• Delegate when appropriate to focus on higher priority needs.
• Ensure and emphasize compliance with all safety precautions, policies and plans.
• Monitor, direct and coach job site personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as foreman within HVAC and/or electrical and building operations systems.
• Experienced in resolving design and operational problems, providing advice and making recommendations regarding building operations systems usage.
